• From the time we booked our vacation until the time the taxi took us back to the airport Brenda and Larry were absolutely the most gracious host you could ask for. Mr Jacob always on time picked us up bright and early from the airport to get us to coastal winds where we were greeted by Mr and Mrs Ferguson. After a quick luggage drop we received the grand tour which finished with an open invite to their very own garden filled with collard greens okra peppers kale and a few other items as we were encouraged to pick them and enjoy. We cooked some collard greens in one of the villas which were delicious. Anything we needed any questions we had any concerns were all treated with great attentiveness. We asked for a chef and couldn't have been happier with the recommendation. So much food for ten people and we left behind some even after packing some to take back home. Everyone in our group shared the same sentiments and we all plan to return! SOON AS POSSIBLE.... I highly recommend this property especially if you are looking to kick back and relax amongst the most comfortable amenities in such a private setting. Great experience..... Next time I would like to do a full seven days as opposed to four. Thank Mr and Mrs Ferguson!

All the Bahamian sites are easily accessible and Jacob our driver, guide and friend could not have been better. • Coastal Winds is a lovely, quiet place to relax and unwind. Brenda Ferguson is the perfect person to be your host, she enjoys people and is accommodating to their needs. Property and gardens are beautiful. Rooms are not just clean, but shining clean! Excellent for a vacation for the family, especially with younger children. Her recommended driver, Mr. Jacob, was perfect for our needs.

• Wow, I don't know where to start this place is the most hospitable and beautiful resort that we have stayed at. Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson had welcomed us openly as we had our whole family escape on a trip to this wonderful private resort . The weather was not always cooperative but Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson and their staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful trip. from heating their whole pool to make it comfortable for our children on some cooler nights to Mrs. Ferguson herself even cooking us a Bahamian meal to be able to experience the wonderful Bahamian culture to steering us to the right places to check out, grocery stores to go to and the list goes on. The Coastal Winds is definitely a place you will not regret going to . We were referred to a taxi driver called Mr. Jacobs who is definitely also a must to get as he even provides the history of Bahamas and extra places to see. I would rate this by far a five-star resort without even having to think about it.

• We were a family of fourteen and the hosts made us feel at home. The facility is excellent. We enjoyed everything, its a very nice place to stay. l give it a ten out of ten. the rooms, the pool, the hot tub/ jacuzzi, we enjoyed everything. • Eight of us stayed at Coastal Winds in early May for a friend's wedding. Everything was in immaculate shape when we arrived. Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson greeted us with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived until we left. She provided us contact information for a driver who was incredibly accommodating to our needs during our entire stay. The amenities were lovely--we relaxed by the pool and hot tub with the beverages provided to us at the Tiki Bar. The Fergusons were excellent hosts and I could not recommend staying at the property more. It was an amazing place to get away and enjoy ourselves.

• We stayed at the Coastal Winds for eight days in Feb.-March. The house is in a safe quiet gated community. The grounds are immaculately kept with a hot tub, pool and gardens. Our suite was a one bedroom condo type accommodation with a living room kitchen combination. It was very roomy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We usually made breakfast and dinner there and ate our lunch out. Everything was so well kept and clean. The property is not on the beach so a car or other means of transport would be helpful. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. I only have positive things to say about this beautiful property. Brenda was a most gracious host - so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

• This is our second year of staying at Coastal Winds. The property is so welcoming and well kept. The pictures just do not do this place justice. The suites are beautiful and make you feel relaxed. Brenda, the owner, is absolutely a gracious hostess and does everything in her power to make this a restful oasis. The pool is sparkling and heated - which is a real bonus in January. We have already booked our suite for next January. If you are looking for hustle, bustle and party time, Coastal Winds is not your place. However, if you want a quiet getaway, book quickly!

• Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! The pictures honestly do not do this place justice! From the moment that we landed in the Bahamas, Mrs. Ferguson showed us amazing hospitality. She had a taxi driver by the name of Mr. Jacob waiting for us at the airport. First of all, let me start off by saying that our flight landed late and that we ended up waiting in customs for over an hour and yet Mr. Jacob still waited for us! There are honestly NO WORDS that could possibly explain the bond that we have created with Mr. Jacob. He truly has a heart of gold. There were 7 of us (all girls) and yet he managed to go above and beyond for all of us the entire trip. He helped us to make so many wonderful memories!! We had arranged a boat ride on that Saturday but due to the weather, we had to cancel. So we called Mr. Jacob at the very last minute and he was able to accommodate us with an amazing tour of the island for the entire day! If he dropped us off somewhere, he didn't leave until he knew that we were taken care of. If you decide to visit the Bahamas your visit will NOT be the same if you don't stay at the Ferguson's and you don't use Mr. Jacob as your taxi driver! The estate was everything that we needed and more! The rooms were super clean and very homey! The neighborhood was very quiet and is located in a gated community. We had a private/beautiful pool not to mention an amazing hot tub and tiki bar with a full stereo system with amazing island music! The great thing about us cooking for a group of 7 each night was the fact that we were able to pick fresh vegetables out of Mrs. Ferguson garden which is located right in the backyard!!! If we never wanted to leave the estate to see the Bahamas our trip would have still been truly amazing! This estate literally had everything we needed to create your own party at home!! Rosa the housekeeper was truly amazing as well. She always had a smile on her face as she greeted us each morning!! Whatever we needed she made sure we received it! The Ferguson's estate was truly a blessing and I wouldn't want to stay any place else in the Bahamas!! It was true hospitality at its BEST!!!!!
